The opening

Every interesting product starts as a sentence that sounds obvious in hindsight and reckless at the time. Kulcho began as one of those: a bet on where culture and technology were about to collide, and a refusal to wait for permission to test it.

The hard part was never the idea. It was building the revenue model, the product and the growth loops at the same time, with one person holding all three, so that none of them got designed in a vacuum.

What I did

  • Set the thesis and the wedge. Found the narrow opening worth attacking first, and the reason competitors couldn’t simply copy it.
  • Shipped the product. Took it from blank page to something people actually use, making the hundred small calls that decide whether a launch lands.
  • Built the loops. Designed the acquisition and retention mechanics so growth compounds instead of leaking.

What it proves

Kulcho is the clearest example of how I work: not as a specialist parachuted into one function, but as an operator who treats revenue, product, strategy and growth as a single system. The seams between them are where the value usually hides.
