The opening
A great catalogue is only as valuable as the deals that carry it to audiences. At the scale of a global studio, small changes in how rights are packaged and where content lands compound into very large numbers.
What I did
- Read the board. Mapped where distribution, licensing and platform partnerships were leaving value on the table.
- Structured the deals. Worked the revenue and partnership models so the upside was captured, not given away in the fine print.
- Connected the dots. Treated distribution and monetisation as one question rather than two departments.
What it proves
Revenue work at this scale is rarely about a single big idea. It’s about understanding the whole machine well enough to find the few moves that matter, and having the credibility to get them done.
