What I did

  • Sharpened the position. Found the claim the agency could own and competitors couldn’t honestly make.
  • Built the operating model. Designed how the team grows so quality scales with headcount instead of against it.
  • Set the growth motion. Put a repeatable way to win the right clients in place of word-of-mouth luck.
